100 Carat Diamond Quilt

The 100 Carat Quilt Pattern was inspired by the Adorn fabric collection designed by Rashida Coleman-Hale for Ruby Star Society and Marilyn Monroe.

Two prints in the Adorn fabric collection, Gestures and Hey Ladies, made me think about Marilyn Monroe, in her pink dress and long gloves, singing Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend in the film Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.

This pattern is for an intermediate sewer.

The pattern involves large pieces, some cut on the bias.

The pattern requires basic quilting knowledge of piecing and use of a 1/4" seam allowance.

The patterns are full color, printed professional as an 5.5 x 8.5" booklet with saddle stitch binding and enclosed in a resealable hangable poly bag.
